Foundry is the foundation of industry, and high quality casting is the basic demand. High quality castings result from foundries’ well-established technical knowledge, well-recycled reclaimed sand and qualified materials uses. A material-control laboratory is necessary in order to monitor all materials used for casting production, however, the laboratory construction is expensive.

TEMC, therefore, establishes a fully equipped laboratory to examine reclaimed sand quality, chemical materials (refractory coatings, resin, catalyst etc.), riser sleeves and casting metallurgical properties. We provide our professional suggestions to help customer solve any casting defect problems. This is not only save a lot of laboratory construction budget to our valued customers as a co-shared economic strategy, it also carries forward “TEMC is your family ” spirit.

Furthermore, TEMC works together with Finite Solution Inc, USA using casting flow/solidification simulation software (SolidCast/FlowCast/OptiCast) to suggest the optimize location/number for riser installations. This maximizes the yield rate of castings and avoid casting defect occurred to shorten the deliver lead time.
